Phil is an accomplished Process Engineering and R&D professional with 15 years of experience across the food, agriculture, and pharma sectors. Having worked in over 30 countries on 6 continents, Phil brings a global perspective to system design and innovation. With a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee and a dual MBA/MS from Webster University underpinning his industry expertise, Phil brings both a technical and strategic understanding to Stir with regard to capital projects and manufacturing technology decisions and implementation for our clients.

When not in the plant, Phil can generally be found fishing or managing his family’s farm
