Natasha is Stir’s expert in all things Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance related, with over two decades of experience in the food industry. She’s worked with leading brands like Boston Market, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and Udi’s Gluten Free. With a degree in Bakery Science and Management from Kansas State University, Natasha delivers a full spectrum of regulatory and food safety services—nutrition labeling, HACCP/FSMA program development, sensory evaluation, and third-party certification prep for gluten-free, kosher, vegan, and more. Her work includes environmental risk assessments, co-packer quality oversight, and lab program improvements. She’s passionate about building robust food safety systems that meet GFSI standards.
When not working, Natasha is a proud mom, doting Oma, and outdoor adventurer who loves scrapbooking and paper crafts.
