Product Development

As a Product Development Lead for Stir, Claire brings over 25 years of food industry experience to her work, having created and commercialized products across categories including: baking, sweeteners, plant proteins, frozen meals, condiments, and nutrition bars. She holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Food Science from UMass Amherst and Colorado State University respectively. A career highlight was launching Silk Nog with White Wave as product that showcased her innovation in plant-based dairy alternatives.

When not on the bench, Claire enjoys outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and dog walking.
