Bret is a seasoned culinary innovator with over 25 years in product development, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization for leading food brands. As a Product Development Lead at Stir, he combines classic culinary technique with food science to deliver craveable, market-ready solutions for Stir’s clients . His work spans everything from value-added seafood and proteins to snack foods to sauces and center plate solutions. A graduate of Everett College and the Culinary Institute of America, Bret has overseen multiple R&D facilities and international operations; launched breakthrough frozen, refrigerated and ambient foods; and driven growth for North America's largest seafood company.
When not working, Bret enjoys hiking, fishing, and classic car restoration.
